Customized Maintenance Plans
Our custom asphalt maintenance plans are designed to provide routine visual inspections, maintenance, and repair to any asphalt parking facility. These programs aim to delay damages due to neglect, prevent costly repairs to asphalt, eliminate safety hazards to users, and save our customers money throughout the life of their asphalt asset.
Step 1: Initial Consultation and visual inspection
Our maintenance plans begin with an on-site visit to inspect the asphalt and its condition to develop an initial repair strategy best suited for your needs and budget.
Step 2: Inspection and maintenance interval
After the visual inspection is performed, a recommended inspection interval will be discussed. This interval will be based on the amount of traffic, weight of vehicles, and initial condition of the asphalt.
Step 3: Initial repair
The first visit will include crack filling, sealcoating, and striping to kick start the asphalt reliability cycle. The inspection interval will be performed and touch-ups will be performed to ensure the asphalt longevity and catch damages before they become costly.
Step 4: Inspections and maintenance
Visual inspections and small scale maintenance work begins during the determined interval. Our routine inspections and small repairs prevent minor wear from going unnoticed and prevents costly repairs from occurring as quickly.
